Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect address during checkout, please contact us at contact@zflipcases.com within 24 hours.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed beyond this period. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses after this timeframe or for any additional shipping charges that may result from address corrections.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@zflipcases.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We'll open a case with the shipping carrier and, if confirmed lost or damaged, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are determined by your local customs office.

Returns
